先計你個人manhour值幾錢：
假設你每月人工值$4,800
(唔好問我你人工值幾錢，自己都唔知自己值幾錢就唔好接freelance，免得累人累物)
$4,800 / 每月30日 / 每日8個鐘
=$20 即係話你每個manhour值$20蚊

再計成本：
估計成壇freelance你需要幾多manhour、工具及消耗品。
